Terms and Conditions

RETURNS POLICY
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days   after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the cooling off period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges.  You must refund the original delivery charges.  However, you are permitted to require the buyer to pay for the cost of the returning the item, but only if you clearly inform the buyer of this before the contract is made
The buyer will be responsible for returning the item(s) and all costs incurred

RECEIVING OUR DELIVERY
We suggest that when you receive the delivery you check it for damage, please do not just check the outer box, Check The Actual Item.  In the event of receiving damaged goods please inform us straight away (within 12 hours of delivery) after this time the goods will be deemed as being undamaged and accepted by the purchaser

FAULTY ITEMS
Any item deemed by the purchaser to be faulty, can be returned to us for test or replacement
This will be at the purchaser's responsibility for postage
We strongly advise that you contact us first prior to returning any item

POSTAGE & PACKING
Postage costs quoted are for UK Mainland only
Additional charges apply to the following areas
Northern Ireland - Scottish Highlands & Islands - Channel Islands etc
It is the Customers Responsibility to request a postage cost and goods will not be despatched until full costs are paid


DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to despatch the item(s) purchased within 1-2 days of Cleared Payment is not feasible we will inform the purchaser at the earliest possible time.Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service or by carrier for larger item(s)
Delivery times are not guaranteed, please allow for busy periods when ordering i.e. Bank Holidays, Christmas, etc
If you do not receive the ordered item within 7 working days please contact us
 

SPECIFIC CUSTOMER ORDERS
Where specific item(s) not normally stocked by LCN have been supplied to a customer at their request (A customers order) these items are Non-Returnable

Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any recived order also withdraw from sale any item without prior notification
Example reasons for this are, Item discontinued, No Stock, No delivery available to that area, or excessive costs, Listing error, Price, Item description, etc
In this event we will refund the customer in full within 24 hours

CUSTOMER QUOTES / DISCOUNTS
Validity of all quotes or discount offers are for 7 days from time of quote or offer, unless otherwise agreed in writing

TECHNICAL ADVISE

Technical advise given does not form part of any Sale or Contract between either party (Customer or LCN)  Due to the nature of the products we sell we advise that where required installation is undertaken by a qualified electrician

DESCRIPTION & IMAGES
We try to give the best possible description of the product in all areas, 'approx size' will be within 5mm, colour, model and overall appearance, if you have any concerns please contact us prior to purchase - All images used are by permission or are copy write to LCN Projects Ltd and are not for reproduction

SUPPLY OF  F.O.C  ITEMS
When items are supplied free of charge they do not form part of the contract in any way and are supplied, ‘With Compliments ‘ 

GUARANTEE 
All products sold are New (unless other wise stated) from the supplier, manufacturer and carry their guarantee
